Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Sciences

The Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Sciences degree is a bachelor's completion program for students with prior education and/or work experience in the field of radiography.

This program has the following objectives:

  • Help students develop managerial skills necessary to direct radiologic services.
  • Increase student knowledge of advanced imaging modalities.
  • Assume leadership roles in the advancement of each student's profession.
  • Encourage students to practice a holistic and ethical approach to health care.
  • Promote lifelong learning as a means to continuously update professional knowledge and skills.

Program Length and Time Commitment

Students complete the 60-credit Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Sciences program in seven 15-week semesters that span approximately 2 years and 4 months. Each semester 6-9 credits of coursework are offered, and students can expect to spend 15-20 hours per week completing requirements and studying.

Program Faculty

A majority of our radiologic sciences faculty members possess work experience in radiologic sciences along with graduate degrees. This combination of strong academic credentials and solid field experience allows them to guide students through meaningful learning experiences that will immediately prepare them for more responsible roles in their own organizations.
